The OHIO stage is set for election night STORM

For the first time in a decade the “legitimate” press is predicting disaster more than a week BEFORE the election

Brace yourself. Severe Election Fraud Warnings are posted for the swing states. A high pressure system of close polling percentages are due to come in contact with a the low pressure vigilance of the country’s vote tabulation to produce an onslaught of highly destructive winds that may leave ballots scattered from Florida to Ohio leaving a big question: WHO WON?

The early warning system provided by the major news sources completely missed alerting the citizenry in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004, but this time a warning has been sounded in two monthly magazine publications. That’s right. While the 24 hour cable news networks have there finger on the pulse of every shift and slide of every poll, and while MSNBC’s Chuck Todd is tweeting that, (9:38 AM – 21 Oct 12) “The voting machine conspiracies belong in same category as the Trump birther garbage.” and Chis Jansing is making jokes about “hanging chads” – they have been scoped by two monthly periodicals.
MSNBC Hanging Chads?

Chris Jansing Oct 22 Do you think we could have some “hanging chad” situations on election night?

Below is a quote from an Atlantic Magazine article

Think the Florida Recount Was Bad? Just Wait Until November 6

You think the hanging chads in Florida were bad in 2000? You think the patch of procedures, appeals, and standards of review was crazy? At least a human being was looking at those ballots. At least some of the rest of us were able to look at that human being looking at those ballots. At least there were ballots to be seen. In 2012, on the other hand, loose technology, lax industry oversight, political indifference, and partisan bigotry mean there is the potential for mischief — and by that I mean democracy-crushing voter fraud — on a scale that would make the high drama and low comedy of November 2000 seem mundane.

As recently as September 2011, a team at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory hacked into one of Diebold’s old Accuvote touchscreen systems. Their report asserted that anyone with $26 in parts and an eighth-grade science education would be able to manipulate the outcome of an election. Atlantic article

Within that article is a quote from this months Harper Magazine running a cover story article by Victoria Collier:

How to Rig an Election

“This is a national security issue,” wrote the Argonne team leader, Roger Johnston, using the sort of language that would normally set off alarm bells in our security-obsessed culture. Yet his warning has gone unheeded, and the Accuvote-TSX, now manufactured by ES&S [Hagel’s old company], will be used in twenty states by more than 26 million voters in the 2012 general election.

Warning – Redux of Ohio 2004 NOW IN PLAY

The set up of Romney and Hart is “a repeat of the the infamous former CEO of Diebold Wally O’Dell, who raised money for Bush while his company supplied voting machines and election management software in the 2004 election.”Free press-Vote counting company tied to Romney

They will be doing so through something called the Federal Overseas Voting Program or FVAP. FVAP is a program designed to allow military personnel and other overseas Americans to vote in their home districts seamlessly through electronically delivered absentee ballots.

Intercepting and changing these ballots, as well as voting electronically on behalf of service people that have no idea such a thing is happening, is something that Scytl is uniquely positioned to do because of their cellphone spyware sister company, CarrierIQ. These stolen votes, distributed throughout jurisdictions across the country, could become a critical component of any scheme to defraud the 2012 presidential election. By means of changing a relatively small number of votes, and laundering those stolen votes in the correct places, the net effect would be a near silent theft.

Election officials lie to cover the facts

The Columbus Dispatch reported on Sunday, October 21 that in Ohio, “The campaign of Republican Mitt Romney plans to station Election Day Task Force members to record the name of every voter who walks through the door and feed it to a ‘national command center’ database in Boston as part of an unprecedented high-tech get-out-the-vote effort.” Election software company Scytl

Since the Columbus Free Press broke the story of Tagg, Mitt, HIG Capital and your e-vote, there has been a bi-partisan effort on the internet to restore faith in system. There are Democrats who wish the Free Press would remain silent, fearing that exposure of these facts will demoralize their base and lead to low voter turn out. Pundits like Chuck Todd have used the phrase conspiracy theory and even gone so far as to say “The voting machine conspiracies belong in same category as the Trump birther garbage.” An industry shill, Michelle Shafer, who currently works as media director for Scytl and has worked for all but one of the major voting machine manufacturers, has replied via comment to our reportage and its derivatives with additional falsehoods and misrepresentations.

Bush won Ohio by 136,483 votes. In the United States, about 3 percent of votes cast are voided—known as “spoilage” in election jargon—because the ballots cast are inconclusive. Drawing on what happened in Florida and studies of elections past, if Ohio’s discarded ballots were counted, Kerry would have won the state. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported there were a total of 247,672 votes not counted in Ohio, if you add the 92,672 discarded votes plus the 155,000 provisional ballots. Tompaine Kerry Won

Bush’s connection in 2004 was to Michael Connell</strong
Complaints Filed

The filing also includes the revealing deposition of the late Michael Connell who served as the IT guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove. Connell ran the private IT firm GovTech that created the controversial system that transferred Ohio’s vote count late on election night 2004 to a partisan Republican server site in Chattanooga, Tennessee owned by SmarTech. That is when the vote shift happened, not predicted by the exit polls, that led to Bush’s unexpected victory.
Connell died a month and a half after giving this deposition in a suspicious small plane crash.

Mike Connell in his capacity as operations manager for GovTech had contracts with the Secretary of State for three different functions that we are aware of: 1) the web interface for the elections function of the Secretary of State’s office –particularly for election night presentations, 2) assisting the Secretary of State with preparing a request for proposals for the integration of real-time voter files for the entire state in the Secretary of State’s office, and 3) setting up a mirroring of the entire election function of the Ohio Secretary of State’s office at the offices of SmarTech and Chattan- nooga, Tennessee.

All of this activity took place in advance of the 2004 election. Connell indicated that Triad got the contract for the statewide voter database based upon its market share in providing this function with the various county boards of elections. Thus, the web interface and the statewide voter database would have been part of what was mirrored on the servers in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With respect to the design of the web site Connell indicated that he created an interface with the Oracle system so that queries and present ations of data could made in a way that would bypass the limitations of the Oracle database system, which he described as a “resource hog.”

When asked about security of the Ohio Secretary of State’s systems and data at SmarTech, Connell said that he had nothing to do with that. In order for SmarTech to function as the primary server during times when the Secretary of State’s servers failed, did it not have to have the capability to input data? Yes. They would have had data input capacities. The system might have been set up to log which source generated the data, but probably did not.

Petition: Department of Justice: Investigate Ohio Voting Machines owned by Tagg Romney

By Alea Bankston (Contact)

To be delivered to: Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General and President Barack Obama
Ensure that the election is not stolen and that the results are not tampered with or altered: Investigate voting machines owned by Tagg Romney.

According to an article on PoliticolNews.com, Mitt Romney’s son, Tagg, is a major investor in Hart InterCivic, the company that owns electronic voting machines that will be used in Ohio for this election. The article also alleges that these machines are easily hacked. Not to mention, it’s an obvious conflict of interest. Please sign this petition to get the Department of Justice to initiate an investigation into this issue before Election Day on November 6, 2012.
