2014 – Walker's Trans Virgina Ultasound Tour

Walker is now just as popular as legalized pot

Walker’s favorable rating is 49.6%. That is the same rating as those who favor legal pot at 49.7%.

That is according to the latest Marquette Law School Poll wasvaginal_ultrasound_tour conducted between Oct 14 and Oct 21, 2013 of 800 respondents 47.7 female 52.3 male.

Walker is off to campaign for Cuchinelli

Scott Walker’s travels, security, and other high-maintenance life style expenses now cost the taxpayers of Wisconsin an estimated $1,498 per hour (8 hr. day) Part of those costs are the result of his frequent flyer miles out-of-state which have been conservatively estimated at $192 per day. Today he is off to Virgina on a ulta-sonic flight to to join Rand Paul in a crusade for Ken Cushenelli in the final days of his failing campaign for governor.

Ken Cuccinelli Is Amazed God Hasn’t Punished America For Abortion

By Laura Bassett Posted: 10/15/201

But in his speech to the Christian Life Summit last year — unearthed Monday night by NBC12 — Cuccinelli said he is surprised that God has not yet “imposed” more judgment on America for allowing abortion to be legal.

“Really, given that God does judge nations, it’s amazing that abortion has run as far and foully as it has, without what I would consider to be a greater imposition of judgment on this country,” Cuccinelli said. “Who knows what the future holds?”

At a time when the Catholic Church is moving toward a more compassionate tone of religiosity under the guidance of Pope Francis, the Cuccinelli’s and Walker’s of the world remind us of the words of a more ruthless voice in their mind that they choose to call God.

Cuccinelli’s god is about to reign down punishment for abortion, while Walker’s god comes to him in times when he is tempted to bring out baseball bats to hammer the heads of union thugs. The baseball bat threat was delivered during the prank phone call in February 2011, well into the showdown between the new Republican governor of Wisconsin and the public sector unions. Ian Murphy, the editor of the Buffalo Beast, called Walker’s office pretending to be donor/industrialist David Koch.

He talk’s about his “special religiosity” in his book.

God’s Co-Pilot

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker sees divine intervention in key moments of his political career.
By David Weigel Oct. 25

He (Walker) doesn’t mention the baseball bat at all, skipping right ahead to the press conference called to clean up the mess. Walker only took four questions as protesters chanted at a decibel level that rammed right through the office doors. “Only later did I realize that God had a plan for me with that episode,” writes Walker. After his press conference, he picked up his daily devotional and saw the title for Feb. 23: The power of humility, the burden of pride.

Rand Paul just gets his voice from Wiki

Rand Paul Plagiarized Speech From Wikipedia, Rachel Maddow Says

The Huffington Post

Did Rand Paul plagiarize his speech from Wikipedia? It sure seems that way, as Rachel Maddow pointed out on Monday.

In a speech given in support of Virginia gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli, Paul referenced the 90s science fiction movie Gattaca. The Kentucky senator used the plot of Gattaca–a dystopian world in which eugenics is widely practiced– to attack pro-choice advocates. Even more bizarre than his choice of metaphor are the similarities between Paul’s speech and the Wikipedia page for Gattaca.

God is saying to stop quoting her

Democrat Terry McAuliffe has opened a double-digit lead over Republican Ken Cuccinelli II in the race for Virginia governor, in a new poll capturing increasing dissatisfaction among voters with Cuccinelli’s party and his conservative views.

2014 – New Poll: Walker beatable Johnson in big trouble

Vinehout, Barca, and Burke show remarkable strength against Walker

The latest Marquette Law School Poll wasWismap conducted between Oct 14 and Oct 21, 2013 of 800 respondents 47.7 female 52.3 male.

Toplines.pdf Top Lines of Marquette Poll PDF

Even though Mary Burke’s name has been dropped and pitched as the prime candidate to beat Walker, the poll shows that she is in equal running with Kathleen Vinehout among voters. Both candidates trail Walker by about 2 points. Even though Peter Barca has been all but silent regarding his bid to run for governor, he is only 6.9 points behind walker as a candidate. Regardless of any preference of one of the three over the others, the Marquette poll is good news for forces who look to Free Wisconsin of Scott Walker.

The most disturbing message from the poll is that even though 93% of respondents disapprove of way Republicans are handling their job in Congress, Walker continues to get a 49.6% favorable rating in the way he is handling his job as governor. This seemingly high rating is even more confusing when Obama gets a 52% favorable rating in the same poll. How is it that people feel that the tea party Republican -Walker and Democrat- Obama can be seen as equally favorable, when they are diametrically opposed in terms of policy, and philosophy?

On the other hand we find that Ron Johnson has slid down to a 28.5% favorable rating, which seems more like the place Walker should be? Maybe Johnson is getting the backlash of the GOP shutdown fiasco, while Walker is not?

The poll reports that 40% of people vote for one party only, while the rest have voted for candidates of both parties, leaving the majority of voters as independent. 61.2% say that immigrants currently working in the U.S. should be allowed to stay and apply for citizenship. 53% believe same sex couples should be allowed to marry. 61% believe abortion should be legal in all or most cases. 49.7% believe marijuana should be legal. 64.6 % feel that tax cuts do more to benefit the wealthy than people of middle or lower incomes. 47.1 % of those identified as democrats believe the next year’s election should move democrats to control the Congress. 55.8% say it is wrong to force women to have an ultrasound for an abortion. 44% oppose expanding tuition vouchers for private schools statewide. 40.7% say that Wisconsin is lagging behind most other states in job creation.

Yet…and again….49.6% view Walker as a favorable governor for Wisconsin? Go figure.

Walker's Wisconsin – Ghost of a Gov.

Story of a “walker”

‘Tis the season of Zombies and the “living dead”. The most scary phenomenon of zombies and the living dead have captured the imagination of America, which is a frightening comment on the psyche of young America in itself – a reflection of being threatened and caught in the mindless greed of the wealthy few? In case you aren’t a zombie advocate, the living dead who come back to life are referred to as “walkers”. Metaphorical coincidence?

Wisconsin’s “walker” has big political aspirations. Some will suggest that political ambition is all he ever had. In today’s political environment the perquisite for a candidate to enter on to the national political scene is to write a book. These tomes of political fiction are little more than multi-chapter campaign brochures to define a candidate’s unique human context for leadership on the national stage. Wisconsin’s “walker” is about to release such a compendium of political show-and-tell.

“Unintimidated” – the book “Unindicted” – the reality

Wisconsin’s “walker” had a problem. He has no college degree. He was ejected from Marquette University under suspicious circumstances, but you will not discover the reason for his dismissal in the pages of his book. Oh…but that is the point. Wisconsin’s “walker” does not hold the skill of a writer. Who needs a college degree to be President of the U.S.? This book is not really his book at all. He was forced to hire another person to do his writing for him. A ghost writer was employed to tell the story of Wisconsin’s “walker”.

Meet the ghost of a Wisconsin “walker”

If you have ever seen a “walking dead” movie, you will know how the undead hang out together. They seem to benefit from some sort of a communal, “walking dead”, synergistic, partnership. (Remember that last scene of “Invasion of the Body Snatchers”?) Wisconsin’s “walker” has found just such a voice to chant his unintimidated_book2incantation of union busting and job busting. The ghost arrives out of a chorus of extreme neo-conservative reverberation of the racism of Jesse Helms (pictured “far right”), the fear mongering of George W.(lower left). The ghost himself, Mark Thiessen, is pictured upper left, while Wisconsin’s “walker” is centered in the ghoulish mess with his most recent addition to the litany of fear and failure.

Who else did Thiessen “Ghost” for?

Jesse Helms

Before joining the Bush Administration, Mr. Thiessen spent more than six years on Capitol Hill as spokesman and senior policy adviser to Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Jesse Helms. He represented the Committee before U.S. and international news organizations, and built a reputation as an effective and highly-quotable spokesman. Mr. Thiessen wrote Senator Helms’ memorable address to the UN Security Council, which was the topic of an episode of ABC News Nightline. Thiessen

George W. Bush

When former Bush administration staffer Marc Thiessen appeared on EWTN (a Catholic television network) last week and cloaked torture under the euphemistic guise of “enhanced interrogation” and made a theological case for waterboarding, many people of faith took exception and refuted Thiessen’s preposterous claims.Faith in Public Life

Lawrence O’Donnell Blast Marc Thiessen For Obama War On Terrorism Smear

Uploaded on Feb 12, 2010

Lawrence O’Donnell reports for MSNBC in the late night show, “The Last Word”. Just as Wisconsin’s “walker” was hatching his plan to curtail collective bargaining rights in the Wisconsin, Lawrence called out the ghost writer of “Unintimidated” on “Morning Joe” in a rare moment of delivering truth to power.

Lawrence O’Donnell outs Marc Thiessen on the lies and misinformation on both the Bush administrations fight against terrorism versus President Obamas. Liberals and Progressives tend to not forcefully push back on Republicans reinvention of history to serve their failed policies. Mr. ODonnell takes Mr Thiessen off his false message by asserting reality.

This same Marc Thiessen is the anointed ghost writer for Wisconsin’s “walker”.

2014 – Mary Burke needs some Wendy Davis

Early presence of Mary Burke cautious, careful, tepid…vapid

Mary Burke announced her candidacy for Governor of Wisconsin with a splashy video. That is a choice. A safe choice. Apparently, she is choosing a careful, controlled and cautious roll out for her campaign. After all, not much can go wrong with a video that cannot be fixed with a retake. No chance for a glitch or gaff.burke_davis

Granted, Mary Burke did not rise on the wings of a filibuster for women’s rights on the floor of the state legislature as did Wendy Davis, who is her counterpart running for governor in Texas, but Wendy might be a good study for Mary. The positive energy and spontaneous humanity of Wendy is a quality that endears her to voters, while thus far, the controlled video presentation of Mary Burke and the tepid word combinations found in her few interviews leave voters scratching their head. Um…what?

A Mary Burke for instance

By Patrick Marley of the Journal Sentinel Oct. 16, 2013

Mary Burke said GOP-backed mining law weakened environmental protections

“What I hear from people in that part of the state is that it wasn’t handled in a way that balanced those two….I do firmly believe that we can have a balance between protecting those natural resources for many generations to come and making sure that people have opportunities to have good-paying jobs.”

Burke reiterated her support for the ability of public workers to have union bargaining powers that were cut back by Republican Gov. Scott Walker and the GOP-controlled Legislature. But Burke did not spell out what level of collective bargaining she wanted to reinstate and did not say whether government workers should have a chance to fully negotiate their wages and benefits.

The Burke campaign is being sold and branded by the Barrett folks

What do you do when your branded? That is the question being asked by a large group of progressive activists speaking out on social media.

WI-Gov: Russ Feingold’s Group, Progressives United, Backs Mary Burke (D)
In an early sign that liberal activists will coalesce around Democratic gubernatorial candidate Mary Burke’s candidacy, the organization Progressives United announced Tuesday it will support the Madison School Board member against Gov. Scott Walker.

The organization, founded in 2011 by former U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold, conducted a poll of members in Wisconsin to determine whether to get in early behind Burke. Of the more than 3,000 responses, more than 75 percent favored backing Burke now.

Angie’s list is a branding tool to find a contractor, a plumber, a dog sitter. Emily’s list is a branding tool to find a candidate for governor?

By Jason Stein of the Journal Sentinel
Oct. 24, 2013

EMILY’s List, a group that focuses on electing Democratic women who back abortion rights, announced its support for Burke in an email and fundraising appeal to supporters Thursday morning — the second influential liberal group to back Burke this week.

Hold on there Mike

Walker’s beleaguered leadership as Governor of Wisconsin has served progressives well in sparking an impressive Mike Taterecall campaign, activating election integrity groups, mining and frac sand awareness activists, women’s heath advocates across the social media, and initiating the longest sustained protest action in the history of the state with the Solidarity Singers. Only a fraction of these energetic and organized voices identify with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin as their standard bearer. It would be a mistake for Mike Tate to assume that his party’s pick for a candidate for governor will be welcomed without scrutiny, evaluation, and discussion. Mary Burke may well prove herself as the best candidate to defeat Walker, but not yet. Not by any means. And the best way to alienate some of the most passionate voices, who will work tirelessly to end the reign of Scott Walker, is to push Mary Burke down their throats.

It is Mary Burke who must take control to escape the branding handlers. That would be impressive.

Mining – State's Rights GOOD Local rights BAD

Tiffany bill – State Government is the only government

Only days after the GOP shut down the government as a demonstration of defending the local rights of constituents, Wisconsin law makers are defending mining interests by abolishing local rights. You can’t have it both ways.

The GOP evokes the 10th Amendment as a siren warning before a cyclone when it comes to Wisconsin’s right to abandon Obamacare, limit health options for women, or deny gay partners a fair state tax status.

Local Rights a doctrine and a strategy

A doctrine and strategy in which the rights of the individual states are protected by the U.S. Constitution from interference by the federal government

The Tenth Amendment was added to the Constitution as part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment stipulates that “powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This amendment became the constitutional foundation for those who wish to promote the rights and powers of the states vis-à-vis the federal government.

Ok. Senator Tiffany (pictured right) so you cantiffany deprive thousands of Wisconsin citizens of heath care, limit the options for women’s health, and legislate gay partners as second class citizens – but you cannot use the “local government” argument by which you impose the power of state on one hand, and then deny the power of local government when it becomes inconvenient for political donors like mining interests.

We the people were just held hostage through a government shut down based on members of the house honoring the local interests of constituents. This was just ten days ago. Now, you are standing up to say that the rights of local constituents should be abandoned in favor of the interests of the state as a whole? Um…I think this is the wrong argument at the wrong time. We just heard the self righteous defense of local rights played out as justification for the shut down, now you want to pretend that local rights are only important on the national level, but on the state level….not so much?

It seems local rights are local rights. The concept of voice of “we the people” does not change at the whim of political interests. You are standing on ground as thin and threatened as the sand in Northwest Wisconsin.

By Patrick Marley and Lee Bergquist of the Journal Sentinel Oct. 17, 2013

GOP bill would limit local regulation of sand mines

Madison — Republican lawmakers want to rein in the powers of local governments to impose restrictions on the burgeoning sand mining industry.

A proposed bill would prohibit counties and other local governments from placing limits on more than 100 sand mines that have popped up since 2010. The projects are normally the province of the state Department of Natural Resources.
The bill by Ballweg and Sen. Tom Tiffany (R-Hazelhurst) would specify that local governments could regulate sand mines by zoning, but not other means.

Hands off Independence – My home town

Where, oh where is all this get-rich-quick Wisconsin sand going? It is off to bigger, better, and more ominous sites for an unknown future.

The symbolic crushing of Independence – corporate take over of a small town – speaks to all that is America.

Proposed annexation (land grab) of 622,797 acres

That is about 10 square miles or about half the area of the city of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

The blue grid shows the Independence land grab
The red grid shows the Whitehall land grab
The purple grid shows the rail corridor

Notice how the Trempealeau River is the black blotch on the map, and is barely visible.

Notice how the red grid and the blue grid meet in the center of the track bed of the Green Bay and Western Railroad

Why is the map formatted in this way?

Because it is not really a map at all, it is a target for takeover. It marks the bulls-eye for the arrow of a bully. It minimizes and erases the people, places, and things that have grown and developed in and around the mine’s Machiavellian master plan for hundreds of years. This is my home town.

There is a beautifully restored City Hall in Independence, and I can remember when my Dad, Len Kern, was on the City Council in the 1960’s when weeks of planning and debate preceded the draining and dredging of Bugle Lake or the construction of a new sewer system along with the reconstruction of the main street. Months of campaigning and debate proceeded a shift in school district boundaries, or the long anticipated construction of the new high school. All of these projects combined would would not effect the lives of the community so much as a ripple in the sand when compared to the double annexation of 622,797 acres for a $80 million project for Crush. Yet, they expect it to happen with the strike of a pen, in just a few weeks? Who do they think they are? What is the rush? The sand has been beneath the fertile fields of Lincoln Township for thousands of years, and it must come out in just a few weeks? It just doesn’t make any sense.

The tactics are wrong for “Independence”

Another double meaning. The “Crush” tactics are wrong for any independent community and for the City of Independence. Years of discussion, fund raising, and volunteer work preceded the restoration of the Independence City Hall.

For nearly a hundred years,Independence the clock tower standing proudly at the top of the Independence City Hall has kept its faithful vigil. But, the tower and the building are more than just a structure from the past. Since 1903, when the unique building was completed, it has been a proud landmark for the small city of Independence. The Wisconsin State Historical Society has called it “The most visible outstanding government building in Trempealeau County”.

In 1997, the City and The Friends of City Hall, with pride and determination, made a commitment to restore this historical landmark and coax it back to its once genteel days. Volunteers have raised tens of thousands of dollars and donated countless hours to help restore the historic landmark.Independence City Hall

If “Crush” intends to manipulate the long established democratic government in order to push and bully there mining operation into the heart of the countryside surrounding Independence, Wisconsin, I don’t think the company really understands the people who live and work there – and that is not the least bit surprising.

The video below will talk about the concerns of off-loading proppants, just like the Hi Crush proppants that will be manufactured between Whitehall and Independence and on-loaded to train cars. The concerns of the off-loading are the very same for on-loading and manufacturing of proppants from Trempealeau County’s silica sand. Who will be responsible for all of the possible health problems in the future? Hi Crush? Independence? Whitehall? This is the reason why the Trempealeau County Board imposed a one year moratorium to examine the possible health effects of the Hi Crush operation. What is the rush?

As you observe the residue of silica sand on the railroad beds in the video, keep in mind that the images depict the scene in your back yard, on the Green Bay and Western railroad bed between Independence and Whitehall, if the Hi Crush annexation is adopted.

New investigations of Scott Walker and friends

New probe investigating illegal actions, including campaign violations during the Senate and Governor’s recall elections.

Scene 3 – “Web Site Voter ID”

The first post in the New John Doe Investigation covered the Americans for Prosperity illegal and fraudulent mailings during the Wisconsin Senate Recall Elections.

The second post covered the early send back of memory cards after the June 5 Recall Election.

Today we will look at the election laws that were broken before and after the Scott Walker’s Recall election June 5, 2012. Just to be clear, this is not a conspiracy theory or an account of accusations based on conjecture. The elections laws that were broken and are referred to in the instances below, were documented. The false information on the Vernon County web site was reported on WKBT TV. False information on other county web sites were not covered in the media.

False Voter ID information on county clerk web sites

It was August and just a month after the June 5 recall election when I happened to check the County Clerk’s web site in Vernon County. I had filed an open records request to view voting materials and was checking the site for office hours and staff names on County Clerk Ron Hoff’s site. When what to my wondering eyes should appear on his Election Information Page but “A voter ID will be required to vote in Vernon County”. I read it again. Yep. I read it correctly. How long had this information appeared on the site? Why was the false information never changed? How many voters were influenced by the false information on the official site for the June 5 Recall Election?

The correct answer is NO ID was required.

You did not need a photo ID to vote in the Senate Primary Election. Of course, you did not need such ID when if you voted in the Recall Election, but if you relied on your local county clerk’s web site in Vernon, Adams or Brown Counties to learn the answer, you may have been misinformed.

The Voter ID debate, legislation, and court injunction proceedings had clicked along for months before the statewide Senate and Recall elections, leaving voters with a snip-it of information here, and a snap-it of news there, until people were confused. Yet, when you seek the authoritative, non-partisan, source for the current information from your local county clerk, like Ron Hoff in Vernon County, you are told you need a photo Id to vote at the polls.

How many people were misinformed by his message and did not vote in the recent elections since the law was held up by an injunction? We will never know.

When people are confused about their right to vote due to an ever evolving wave of conflicting information, it is the job of the county clerk to help – to make your voting rights clear – yet Ron Hoff and other clerks do the opposite by posting the wrong information on the official county site on which voters rely. Was the false information left on the official web sites in several counties a coincidence of incompetence? Was it an intentional oversight that was perpetrated by an outside influence like the group that mailed out false voter information before the Senate recall election?

Voter Photo ID Law Status: No ID Currently Required for Voting

Two separate judges, on March 6 and March 12, 2012, have issued injunctions preventing the Government Accountability Board from enforcing photo ID requirements in 2011 Act 23. The Wisconsin Department of Justice has appealed those injunctions, and the appeals have been certified to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which on April 16 sent them back to the respective Courts of Appeals. Voter Photo ID Law Information

Do citizens need to “cut and paste” the above message into an email to their county clerk to inform them of the correct information and to avoid confusion? Isn’t providing the most current information about elections their job?

So, Why did the county clerks web sites in Vernon, Brown, and Adams counties say a photo Id is required?

Maybe they don’t know that Photo ID’s are not required, they haven’t updated there site in a few months, or maybe, perhaps, they don’t want you to know. Do you really expect voters to believe that the false information was a simple matter of failure to update your web site?

Thanks Darelene. How about just pasting up the current GAB message above on your web site.

One Third of Counties Misinform Voters

After reviewing 25 of the 72 Wisconsin Counties web sites for a clear statement regarding the requirement of a photo ID to cast a ballot, 8 were found to have posted information that is in violation of state statutes that require accuracy of information about voting law. Yes, they broke the law. The clerks who misinformed voters were never officially investigated or reprimanded. Outside the report on WKBT TV La Crosse, no other media report of the incidents were covered in the press.

Many other sites did not post the information directly on the web site but pasted a link to the GAB, where a voter may find a “Page Not Found” message or a gobbledygook string of links that serves to confuse the voter more than to provide a simple answer to a simple question.

The maze of law breaking, confusing, and “Page not Found” messaging had gone on since the original, now defunct, Voter Id Law was passed. Do you begin to sense a pattern?

Perhaps, any one instance of the law breaking that proceeded the Senate and June 5 Recall elections might be dismissed as incompetence on the part of some county clerks, but when you look at the big picture – the fraudulent mailings, the early send back of memory cards, and the false voter ID information posted on web sites – do you begin to sense a pattern? Any wonder why the John Doe investigation is spreading throughout the state?

Walker's Wisconsin – John Doe Act 2 Scene 2

New investigations of Scott Walker and friends

Scene 2 – “Command Central”

The first post in the New John Doe Investigation covered the Americans for Prosperity illegal and fraudulent mailings during the Wisconsin Senate Recall Elections.

Today we will look at the election laws that were broken before and after the Scott Walker’s Recall election June 5, 2012. Just to be clear, this is not a conspiracy theory or an account of accusations based on conjecture. The elections laws that were broken and are referred to in the instances below, were documented. They were not covered in the main stream press.

Early send back of election materials

In the days after the June 5 Recall election I reported on my own attempt to satisfy my curiosity about the Recall Election outcome in Crawford County, which Walker won even though the county voted a comfortable win for Obama in ’08, Barrett in ’10, Shilling in the Senate recall election, yet, as in so many other rural areas in Wisconsin, Walker won Crawford County by 100+ votes.

So, one day, after the June 5 election I went to County Clerk’s office to get more information about the details, only to discover that the memory cards that hold the official vote count weren’t there; they had already been sent back to the vendor, Command Central,(pictured right) whose office is near St. Cloud Minnesota. They were sent back on June 14. This is a full week before the June 21 deadline when election materials are to kept secure, by law, for citizen inspection or the possibility of a recount. Read “Cartridges, Clerks, and Men in White Suits”.

The memory cards that held all the digital data of June 5 Recall election were not secure – they were gone.

Command Central has a Scary Secret

Command Central is the vendor for electronic voting machines in Crawford and many other counties throughout Wisconsin. Command Central is a private corporation that supplies election hardware and the programming and tabulation software that goes along with it. Yet, they have no real oversight by any government agency, elected official(s), or the judiciary. Therefore the corporation holds a very scary and unique secret that flies in the face of Democracy. In a country that was founded with a constitution to provide a proven structure of checks and balances among the three branches of government, Command Central has none.

Open Records Request

I presented Crawford County Clerk Giesler with on open records request for the return of the cartridges (memory cards) to which she responded, “You mean you want us to get these back?”. Surprise.

When I asked why they were sent back before the time when were to kept secure by law, she explained how the early send back practice came to be. It seems the County did hold the cartridges for the full “inspection period” in previous elections but it cost the county $40 to send them back by courier, so guess what? – Command Central had offered to store them for the county, promising to hold them until the “secure date” had lapsed.

Command Central’s contract includes a provision to abide by state statutes, yet, here they were, “offering” anonymous hackto have cartridges returned to them before the deadline detailed in the state statutes. No…no. What’s more, this cozy storage of cartridges, that occupy no more space than your top dresser drawer, was not unique to Crawford County. It was discovered that other county clerks throughout the state had also participated in this “early send back syndrome”.

After the discovery that Crawford County had sent back memory cards before the 21 day period [GAB 5.02 WI stats. 7.23(1)(g)],Free Wisconsin teamed up with John Washburn Investigations and Marrianne Moonhouse to further investigate the “early send back syndrome”. The forty-five Wisconsin Counties, who use Command Central’s SEQ-AVC Edge II DRE touch screen machines, were sent open record requests to inspect the memory cards for each polling place in each county under [WI stats. 19.31-19.39].

As a result, it was further discovered that 23 counties had sent back memory cards early. Not only were the memory cards vacated from the County Clerks’ offices but they were sent out-of-state to Command Central’s office in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is illegal. This was against the law. Yet, no one was ever reprimanded or punished for the infraction. It was not even covered in the press.

When Vice President of Command Central, Larry Zins heard about all of the open record requests to the clerks, he composed the letter below to provide “incentive” to getting the materials returned.

County Clerks:

I’m afraid that we must add at least one more step to our preparation for the August 14th Partisan Primary. Because of the high volume of active Open Records Requests that are circulating throughout the state, we must ask you to confirm (by replying to this email) that Command Central is authorized to burn the June 5th media (cartridges and memory packs) with the August 14th programming. We request this confirmation whether or not you have shipped the media back to us already or not.

For those of you who have not sent your media to us, the results cartridges and memory packs MUST be in our possession by Monday, July 16th. We must put a “deadline” date on this request in order to perform our processes most efficiently and ensure timely delivery of the media to the municipalities or counties, whichever the case may be. Our hope is that none of you are required to purchase additional media, but for those municipalities/counties that must “hold” the June 5th media, extra cartridges are available for sale at $200 each and extra memory packs are available at $300 for Optech Eagles and $450 for Optech Insights.

Vice President
Command Central, LLC

The illegitimate threat of penalties

I was informed that my request to hold the memory cards under the open records request would cost the taxpayers of Crawford County over 12k and that information would be made public.

The taxpayers of Crawford County must now incur costs of $12,400 so that all new cartridges can be burned for the August primary election. I will be providing the Crawford County Independent with the costs for the cartridges as they have requested this information.

So on June 16, 2012 County Clerks throughout the State of Wisconsin boxed up the digital results of the June 5 recall election vote to be “burned”, all based on a threat from a private corporation with no transparency and whose vice president was deposed and admitted that the charges have no legitimacy. Perhaps the John Doe investigation is looking into how 23 County Clerks violated state statutes regarding the handling of election materials? Was the early send back coincidence or was it orchestrated by some other outside group, like the group that sent out fraudulent vote information before the Senate recall election?

Oh and there is more. More laws were broken in the lead up to the June 5 Recall election. Watch this space.

Walker's Wisconsin – Now playing John Doe Act 2

New investigations of Scott Walker and friends

New probe investigating illegal actions, including campaign violations during the Senate and Governor’s recall elections.

John Doe investigations have been etch indictthe most consistent and on-going news from the Administration of Scott Walker. The original John Doe investigation began as Walker took office and continued for over two years.

John Doe rises again like a bad penny that has been stuck in the vending machine of political flimflam only to be found in the coin-return slot still bearing the date of its mint. Kelly Rindfleisch was sentenced on November 19th, 2012 to six months in jail and three years of probation for her role in rising Walker to power.

Kelly keeled, Walker walked, and all the lawyers talked and talked. Now, here we go again with John Doe Act 2, and at a most inopportune time for the “Walker who walked” as he is up for re-election next November, and his name is included in conversation as a presidential candidate in 2016.

Secret probe spreads to five Wisconsin counties

Sources familiar with the probe told the Journal Sentinel that it was scrutinizing a wide variety of state-related issues, including the recall races. Sources suggested the probe is looking at a current legislative leader and the governor’s contest.

“This is activity that occurred since the 2010 election,” said a source.

New Investigation is statewide

One thing we know about John Doe investigations is that they are secret – investigations are conducted, witnesses are interviewed, and evidence is examined under John Doe’s dark cloak. Just in time for Holloween!

Here we go again. In this new investigation, no one seems to know exactly who or what the focus might be or even when it began, not even Walker’s recall opponent, Tom Barret or his chief of staff, Patrick Curley. Of course, the problem with a secret investigation is that human beings are curious. They want to play “who dunnit” and will conjecture as to what is rotten in the state of Wisconsin’s recall elections…and there was plenty!

People who followed and audited the Senate and Gubernatorial recall elections cried foul and threw up the penalty flags on any number of occasions, so over the next days, let us look under the hood at the flagged questionable acts and review the play.

The Wisconsin Sportsman grant subject of criminal intent

For today Let’s begin with the Wisconsin Sportsmen.

To begin at the beginning, where the Journal Sentinel and other major news outlets neglect to tread, the very first manifestation of the Wisconsin Sportsmen of America group did not erupt last month or last week aswalker boxer most news outlets reported. By most published accounts the story begins quite recently, with the ever suspicious circumstances surrounding the creation, application, award, and cancellation of the $500,000 grant to the group. In fact, the story begins in June of 2011.

The original mysterious workings of the Sportsmen was connected with Americans for Prosperity (AFP) and vote fraud in the days before the Senate recall elections in June of 2011. AFP mailed false information to voters across the state to misinform the public and suppress the vote in that election. The Sportsman did a mailing at the same time, and even though the date was correct, the physical mailing is suspiciously similar. Did the Sportsman mailing with the correct address go to republicans and the mailing with the false address go to democrats? A similar vote caging scheme by AFP was recorded:

In October 2012, One Wisconsin Now, a progressive group, obtained undercover audio recording of the meeting of a local Tea Party group, the Grandsons of Liberty, in which a vote-caging scheme was laid out that involved mailers that AFP agreed to send out to voters in left-leaning districts in Milwaukee. The addresses were provided via the Republican Party of Wisconsin, through the state’s Voter Vault…In the vote-cage scheme, mailers were sent in August to districts in which much of the housing was in college dormitories. They had “do not forward” instructions printed on the outside, so that the votes of those whose flyers bounced back to AFP could be challenged at the polls.

Yet, you will find no mention of the mailings in the more current stories, even though the instances were documented in regional and county press coverage at the time:

North Hudson Man Files Voter Suppression Complaint Against Americans For Prosperity

Posted by Micheal Foley , August 02, 2011

When Charles Shultz received an absentee ballot application form in the mail on Thursday, July 28, it didn’t take long before he found something fishy with it.
Shultz wrote the following on the complaint form:

I received an absentee ballot request form from Americans For Prosperity. It intentionally listed to return up to Aug. 11. The date of the election is Aug. 9. If I followed their instructions, my ballot would not be legal. I think they purposely intended to discount my vote. I understand such activity to be against the law. I believe I was targeted by this group because I am a Democrat and a senior citizen.Hudson Patch

Robocall, repeat surveys, and confusing absentee ballot applications are all part of the new politics as Wisconsin heads toward an unprecedented eight recall elections in the next two weeks. What to do? You might try to ignore them all and follow your commons sense.

Rolling Ground Resident Displays Fraudulent Mailing
Lamar Janes holds the suspicious absentee ballot application received by his wife on Saturday. Neither Janes nor his wife Lynda Shaller are members of American For Prosperity as the accompanying letter states. The application he’s holding states clearly absentee ballots must be submitted to “city clerks” by August 11. However, absentee ballots cannot be submitted after the election, which is scheduled for this Tuesday, August 9.

AFP Mailer Sent to More Than Just Two Districts

As reported in the Brad Blog The Americans for Prosperity Wisconsin director Matt Seaholm tried to explain the mailings false information away by claiming the incorrect date was little more than a simple a “typo” and that the mailing “just went out to our members.” He added that he was “sure the liberals will try to make a mountain out of a molehill in an attempt to distract voters’ attention from the issues.”

Americans for Prosperity sent misleading absentee ballot far more widely than previously known
8/05/2011By Greg Sargent
Now AFP has sent out a new email to supporters — forwarded by a labor source — that seeks to clarify the situation. And it appears to acknowledge that the misleading ballot was actually sent to all six districts where Republicans are facing August 9th recalls. Here’s the key part:

“Recently, Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin sent a mailer to provide our members, like you, with the opportunity to vote by way of absentee ballot. The absentee ballot mailing was mailed only to AFP-Wisconsin members in the eight Senate Districts that have recall elections. The return date included on the absentee ballot application (August 11th) was intended solely for the two senate districts with elections on August 16th. However, the printer sent that version out to all districts, including those that have elections on August 9th.”

Note that AFP’s new email blames the printer for sending out the ballot to all districts. Even more interestingly, AFP is using the controversy over its own misleading of voters as a rallying point to get out the vote for Republicans.

The Washington Post

The “reported” story

As mentioned earlier, the reported history of the Sportsmen group is just a few weeks old, and smacks of the same cagey, crony, creepy maneuvering as the mailing scheme. The $500,000 grant

1) United Sportsmen was the only applicant for the award.

2) The carefully crafted grant requirements were unanimously voted into the state budget in May after just seven minutes of discussion.

3) United Sportsmen falsified its 501(3)(c) status on the grant application.

4) United Sportsmen has a scant record of any involvement in promoting hunting of fishing.

5) Sept 5 – Late Thursday Gov. Scott Walker canceled a controversial $500,000 grant to a sportsmen’s group with little training experience but close ties to GOP politicians.JS Online By Jason Stein and Patrick Marley of the Journal Sentinel

The latest nail in the coffin of deceit

Republican legislators gamble with losing $28 million in annual federal money because the DNR would not have adequate control of how the grant funds were used – AND they kept this information hidden when the bill was slammed through and put in the budget in seven minutes. DNR officials alerted then-Assembly Majority Leader Scott Suder (R-Abbotsford) and Assistant Majority Leader Jim Steineke (R-Kaukauna) to the federal government’s concerns before the Assembly adopted the budget, according to the DNR.

They did not tell any member of the opposition party about how the grant to the Sportsmen of $500,000 would trigger a loss of $28 million dollars to the taxpayers of Wisconsin? And these are supposed to be the leaders of the Assembly? Does the recent resignation of Scott Suder as Assembly Leader have anything to do with this giant leap into cutting off the face to save the nose? And we are supposed believe that Scott Walker did not know about the overwhelming loss of federal money that was at stake? He regards the Feds as his loyal subjects and has a history of snubbing their authority as shown in his disregard of the warnings of the Federal Housing and Urban Development who repeatedly threatened to withhold funds from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation because of what? – not having adequate control!

The press headlines Walker as a hero? “Veto saved state 28 million”

The same major media that has ignored the full story and history of the Sportsmen is now applauding Walker for his insight for canceling the grant. Scandal clean-up on aisle 11! And 15! – How the United Sportsmen scandal is getting scrubbed by the press.

Walker’s motive is to stay thirty feet away from the Sportsmen group

The Journal Sentinel will find the truth thirty Andyfeet down the hall from the ticket received by Andy Pantzlaff (pictured right) for illegal hunting – the ticket noted by the press as the primary reason why Walker vetoed the grant. Mr. Unintimidated would not cancel the grant for misdemeanor but he may very well want to remain down the hall and thirty feet away from an investigation of a felony for vote fraud.

Walker's Wisconsin – "Unintimidated" the book. "Unindicted" the reality.

“un” a prefix of lacking

Doe a dear a female dear
Ray a drop of golden sun
Un a prefix of lacking

To define yourself by what you are not, suggests some confusion as to what you are. Or, at least, suggests that your greatest quality or achievement rests in some unique lacking which separates you from other members of the human race. Flawed, inadequate, incomplete, impaired are a few synonyms that top the list at Thesarus.com.

Unintimidated is just such word with the “un”prefix to suggest negation or lacking of its root. It is also the title of Scott Walker’s book to be released in November as his prerequisite tome or multi-chapter campaign brochure to define his unique human context for leadership on the national stage.

Governor Walker criticizes Romney in new book
Oct 18 News 800
The Associated Press on Friday obtained a copy of Walker’s book, “Unintimidated: A Governor’s Story and a Nation’s Challenge,” before its scheduled release Nov. 19. In the book, Walker presents himself as a leader with a national vision but says Romney ignored advice he gave him during the 2012 presidential race.

This whole “un” thing carries the negation unWalker expressed in the emotional tide of the 2010 GOP sweep of the House of Representatives and the rise Wisconsin’s Governor Walker, and Senator Johnson to power. This “un” thing was first expressed through the tea party and its branded band of screamers and shakers who showed up at town hall meetings following the passage of the Affordable Care Act brandishing signs depicting the President with a Hitler mustache or a Muslim turban. The politics of hate and rude dissension was unleashed on the world with a new found energy lacking any decorum or respect for any political office, institution, that might attach itself to the general brand of “government”. The “un” was attached to the word “American” and threatened to negate and alter the root so it became Unamerican to be American. The trick of “un” was employed to disguise divisiveness as patriotism and stupidity as liberty. Pass the “un”, or else!

Wisconsin – an early victim of “Unamerican” Divide

Only later would we learn how the County Supervisor from Milwaukee had employed a secret email network throughout out his campaign for governor. Only later would we understand how the Koch Brothers, the Americans for Prosperity, and the American Legislative Exchange Council, had been working behind the scenes to gain control of Wisconsin and other state houses across the country. The sleeping giant awoke. The giant was angry. But, alas it was too late. The “un” power was established and entrenched with a seemingly endless supply of gold and treasure.

In Wisconsin the “un” arrived and was celebrated in a meeting at the Governor’s mansion with Walker and his legislators when they delighted in the idea of “dropping the bomb” (curtailing collective bargaining rights) through a new “un” tactic, which they boasted to their backers as “divide and conquer”.

Can’t wait for the book

“Divide and conquer” has come back to haunt. The “un”, that worked so well at the front of “Unameircan” and “Unintimidated” did not work its magic when it was stuck in front of the word “fund” or “unfund” Obamacare, shut down the government, push America off the cliff. Scott Walker may well have got his bump from his “un” book had it been released before Senator Ted Cruz drew the deadly poison from the snake on the “Don’t tread on me” flag, and pitched into the soup people who were at the kitchen table discussing payment of this month’s bills. Help!

The “un” landscape has changed. “Unintimidated” should have been an e book. It should have been released last year. Now, we have seen “unintimidated” and his or her name is Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, Ron Johnson, Michele Bachmann, (place your favorite “un” person here).

Good luck with your “new” “un” book. Me? I am looking forward to the public release of email and documents associated with the John Doe investigation to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel with the headline: “Unindicted”.

2014 – Just say "no" to NO

debtIn Wisconsin it is a big deal when Walker is pushing a bill that will reduce property taxes by $100,000 million dollars!

We are returning $100 million to working families with a property tax cut because that’s who the money belongs to,” said Sen. Alberta Darling, R-River Hills, in a statement after the bill was approved by the state Senate earlier this week.Statewide, the tax cut — which is being delivered via increased public school aids — works out to about 8.8 cents per $1,000 of value, according to the Legislative Fiscal Bureau.

When you figure it all out, the savings to taxpayers isn’t worth the cost of paper and newsprint that it takes to enact and define the law. It is little more than Walker creating another powerful political sound bite to form a “Walker lowers property taxes” headline.

The real headline should be:

The Walker, Tea party just screwed America

The property tax cut in the Wisconsin news today, doesn’t amount to drop in a rain storm when compared to what the Walker-tea-party insanity has cost every American in the past week.

Government Shutdown Cost $24 Billion, Standard & Poor’s Says

Luke Johnson Huffington Post October 16

WASHINGTON — The government shutdown has taken at least $24 billion out of the United States economy, the financial ratings agency Standard & Poor’s said Wednesday.

Pictured left to right in the photo are debt lottery
Representative Paul Ryan, Rep. Sean Duffy, and Senator Ron Johnson. They all voted “no” to raising the debt ceiling and opening the government. Republican Reps. Jim Sensenbrenner, Tom Petri joined in the “no” vote but are not pictured.

What did you lose?

While Walker is out front creating headlines that will save property owners the cost of a one topping pizza, Ryan, Duffy, Sensenbrenner, Petri, and Johnson voted to put the future of your children at grave risk.

It is impossible for the average Wisconsinite to get a hold on a figure like the 24 billion dollar figure that has been robbed from the country through the tea party’s last stand. At the bottom of the photo is an illustration to help get a hold of how much just one billion dollars is. One billion is the amount of all of the power ball winners for all of 2007. That is one billion dollars. The tea party goof balls just cost a whole 24 times more than that, and they voted to continue to rack up that loss to an even higher figure. Isn’t this loss above and beyond any ideological threat posed by a health care law? How does it make any sense hold the economy hostage to lower the debt, when the very act is raising the debt weekly, hourly, and daily by millions and billions of dollars? Is this not insanity?

Meanwhile we are to pat tea-party-Walker on the back for saving property owners a few cents? This is news when the tea-party-Walker padres just cost the same property owners umpteen times as much?

Please return leaders to the Congress who can compromise and accomplish the work of the people. Remember the names of the crazies and vote them out of office before they bring the country, the constitution, and the economy down and your children’s future with it.
